My life has been full of creative experiences

I see myself as a creative being who loves to express herself through creative channels. In the past, I have explored different creative channels that have solidified my approach to design.

The first medium of expression for me was writing. As someone with a background in forestry, I learned how to appreciate nature and the canvas on which it paints its stunning works that leaves us speechless.

Along the line, I found photography which always has me in awe – I started a campaign called "HUMAN" which was all about us embracing our humanness by so doing, we become empathetic towards each other and break the barriers in societal standards built for us. Little did I know that this campaign was going to be the foundation of my transition to User experience design.

Today, empathy is at the core of what I do because I have been able to learn firsthand how to design curated experiences for my users which in turn has a ripple effect of increased revenue for businesses. My desire for growth has ever increased since then because, beyond design, I have seen the problems technology can solve and how we can create solutions for users and break some societal walls.

I am interested in human-computer interaction (HCI), virtual and augmented reality, voice interfaces, design strategy, assistive technology, and cognitive psychology for User experience.

Outside of design, I enjoy reading, fantasising about different cuisines, seeing art, and spending time with loved ones.
